We allocate only 50% of our seats for online reservations. If you are unable to book online, kindly contact us directly through the phone or Whatsapp links available on our reservation website.
Kindly note that for reservations of four or more guests, a pre-order and a full credit card authorisation hold are required to confirm your booking. Our cancellation policy will apply.
Online reservations are not accepted for groups exceeding ten guests. Such reservations will be considered exclusive bookings with a maximum capacity of twelve guests. They will require a minimum spend, pre-ordering, a full credit card authorization hold deposit, and compliance with our cancellation policy. Kindly contact us directly through the phone or Whatsapp links available on our reservation website.
Charges will be applied to the selected credit or debit card in accordance with our cancellation policy, detailed as follows:
- No charges for cancellations made 3 days before the booking date.
- A 50% deposit will be forfeited for cancellations made 2 days before the booking date.
- A 100% deposit will be forfeited for cancellations made 1 day before the booking date.
- A 100% deposit will be forfeited for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
Guests will be allowed entry only when the entire party has arrived. Kindly ensure punctuality for your reservation, as we will hold the seats for only 15 minutes. Should the host be unreachable after this grace period, management may consider the booking a no-show and any deposit paid may be forfeited.
We will strive to fulfil all special requests to the best of our ability and will contact you directly if any challenges arise in accommodating them.
